I’ve been photographing weddings for almost 20 years and have shot well over 100 all across the UK in that time.
I specialise in candid, documentary photography. What does that mean?
It means that I like to shoot wedding days as they happen naturally without bossing you around and taking up all your precious time when you would rather be enjoying your day.
It’s an unobtrusive way of shooting. If you don’t like having your picture taken or cringe at the idea of a photographer taking over your day then you’ll love the way I photograph weddings.
Every wedding is unique and I approach them all differently. It’s not about ‘bagging this shot’ or ‘ticking that shot off the list’.

Wedding photography should be as unique and as authentic as you and your guests. I want you to look back at the pictures in 20 years and smile at the memories.
So that’s me and my style of photography. The longer I get to shoot candid moments, the better the album will be. I do understand though that most couples, no matter how candid they want the photos to be, will want a few staged formals with family members. We’ll fit those in too!
